Mobiles range from Rs 3,000 to 20,000.
Sim is almost free. When you load a prepaid card of Rs 100 - Rs 400 you will get a smi free.

they are really good if you get it from a decent store! It might be about 18,000 rupees? not quite sure but probably around there.
