maole oak any big sturdy tree will do. have fun i used to love my tree house. good luck and merry christmas.

The best ones are oak nice hard wood typically you can build a tree house on any sturdy healthy tree but oak trees with a good amount of low branches are good

I would recommend a big old Oak Tree.

Any tree can be used. Use your head, if it looks good it probably is.
