College level it honestly had to be Bo Jackson. He was disgusting running people over like crazy and his pure speed. Barry was amazing too and I'm not saying this is hands down, because its not. But you also have to throw Earl Campbell into the discussion. No way you can leave them out either.

OJ Simpson, now that is only on field. First off, he won the heisman by the most points all time. Now he may not behave off field, but on the field he is a beast. He is football fast and tough.

Barry sanders, hands down. their are lot of deserving people but just look at his numbers. and he did it on a mediocre team and against tough competition.
