im sure they will be fine but if you notice agressive behavior remove them.

Well...

CAN they? As long as you have BIG pen (over 10 gallons of water per inch of turtle), and are meeting their real needs it is almost OK.

Is it a good idea? Not really. "Communal tanks' take more work and can cause many problems. Depending on the species involved, they may just plain fight too much for this to work.

yes they can except if they don't like each other for some reason and start to have problems then you should separate them yea and have extra for the other turtle just in case

That's going to look like when they use to wear more than one color tube socks and slouch them but around your neck. Not a good look!

i guess so. but if they start fighting, separate, so have an extra cage
