I went in March, 2005 for a week and the weather was great the entire time. It was chilly at night, but very pleasant during the day. I would suggest going at that time because it was not crowded and not oppressively hot like it can get in the summer.

In March usually is still cool and with some raining days but definitely it's starting to smelling summer time.
