Look at the yards on either side of your house -- do you see trees? There are trees somewhere nearby and therefore, leaves!

Leaves don't respect boundaries. Don't worry, it's a great gift. Gather them up while they're wet and put them in a bin liner. By the spring you'll have a bag of compost.

The wind is the only culprit I can think of, well. . .that, and stray animals possibly bringing leaves when they pass through your garden.

Yes the wind can blow leaves for miles. It is for that reason why you have them in your garden.

It's those mysterious under ground trees, they shoot the leaves up like party poppers, devils.
