Maybe he had 8 lgasses of water the day before and only peed once. What kind of friend gives you so much information?

There are many things, but the first thing that comes to mind is a bladder infection. He should try cranberry juice to see if it helps, it also could be a sign of diabetes. But more than likely it's a bladder infection, there pretty common.

If this is a continuing problem, he needs to see a doctor. The first thing that comes to mind is Diabetes.

He needs to see a doctor and be tested for diabetes. That is one of the possibilities. It could be other things also though.

That much wee wee could also be from anything acting as a diuretic " water pill."
