hi my mum has just bought a house to rent out and doesnt really want to by a new carpet for the front room, the thing is the old people had a fish tank and it has left a rust patch on it, we was wondering if we hire an industrial cleaner would it remove it or is it best to just get new. thank you.

Have the industrial cleaner give you an estimate/ expectations. They would be the best people to tell you if they can get the stains out.

Wet the stain, put some salt on it, it should soak it up, otherwise you can buy rust remover by stain devils in your local supermarket.

not sure you can remove rust...

woild be tempted to just cover with a rug... or get a new carpet!

No just leave it as it is if whosoever is renting dos'nt like it they will do something about it.
