In the movie Walk the Line, is Reese's Witherspoon using her real voice for her character in singing scenes?

Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon performed all of the songs themselves, without being dubbed. They also learned to play their instruments (guitar and auto-harp, respectively) from scratch.

Yes she is. Both her and Joaquin Phoenix were on Oprah and they were talking about how they did the singing in that movie. That awesome movie btw. I've seen it about 10 times now. Love it everytime I watch.

Reese did not sing her own stuff. She was dubbed in and lip-synched it. Joaquin Phoenix did though
