Guardian Ad Litem is the term and they are there specifically to represent the child (or sometimes an incompetent adult) in a court proceeding. For example, neither mother nor father in a custody may have the best interests of the child in mine (all too frequent, unfortunately) and the GAL is there to make sure that somebody speaks for the child.

I don't think there's a specific name for a child's attorney - I know there's attornies for the prosecution and defense, and I don't think it would be any different in a juvenile hearing.

I think you mean guardian ad litem. They are court appointees to assist the judge in making decisions to reflect the best interests of the child.
