Yeah, outside of the main cities.
You should see what they wear in the ghetto.

No. Well, I can speak for Nigerians. We wear clothes spun out variety of fabrics, like cotton and wool for instance, which we dye. We use indigo a lot, and we typically sew in geometric patterns. We are beginning to adopt a more Western style, but many people still wear more traditional African clothing. At least in west Africa. Most of the traditional stuff is kind of long and loose. Some men wear caps, some women wear hairties. Men on business normally wear suits. Some people may wear grass skirts, but most people don't. We've been wearing normal clothes for centuries now and people are still dumb enough to ask us if we're wearing them yet.

Wow you really don't get out much do you! Yes certain 'blacks' who are members of African tribes wear tribal clothing but not ALL. This is the 21st Century in case you hadn't noticed.

Maybe in particular parts of Africa. But many parts such as Nigeria or South Africa, are pretty up-to-date in culture and dress.

I am SHOCKED that your avatar shows you are Black, and be IGNORANT about your own race.
Go explore more, and learn things yourself. DO NOT rely on The National Geographic, and the Discovery Channel.

I'm going to guess that by this post you are not 'black?' If you are then this must be a joke.

Oh, poor thing. "Tyrone" sounds a wee bit retarded or special. Maybe he was in a coma for decades and hasn't read a book, watched a movie or the news.
