The News agencies completely dumb down to the public and broadcast celebrity news for the benefit of the double digit IQ public. Rarely do we actually cast a news story worthy of anyone with half a brain. It is all about ratings. Write the News Agencies and tell them you would want more stories for IQ levels over 100. Not the mindless dribble and politically correct stories we get bombarded with on a daily basis. Sometimes Shows like the Daily Show or the Colbert Repor(t) have more Journalistic Integrity then ABC/CBS/NBC/FOX/CNN Combined. I like looking up Britney's skirt as much as the next man, if I want to find that story let me look it up for myself. I would rather the "NEWS AGENCY'S" report on REAL NEWS for those with an above average intellect and not dumb down the story. Also tell the story with out political spin. If a Terrorist Kills 38 children at birthday party tell it like it is. Not that BUSH ate a pulled pork sandwich therefore Al-Middle Ages Mohamed had to kill children.

I have learned more about politics from the Daily show and Colbert Report than ANY and ALL other news networks combined. I know it is a farse, I am not an idiot, but the fact is these 2 shows talk about more relevant issues than any hour long nightly newscast, and at least Jon Stewart is allowed to have an opinion while he delivers his brand of truth They also both have better guests on these shows than anyone the "real news" would ever interview.

FOX information is the most watched application that we call information and actually dominantes. The each and on a daily basis and colbert record are not any more effective so some distance as being noted as "information". in case you want information, visit Reuters or the linked Press. organic information is boring, so as it truly is why those shows do so nicely. keep in concepts, you do not ought to music in.

Journalism today isn't about accuracy. It's about quantity over quality. I am SICK of 10 different reports over the same story because the original journalist didn't get the facts straight.

They are not real news shows, they are comedy shows merely for entertainment purposes only. They have no journalistic merit whatsoever.
