Petting. If you kicked the dog and someone found out, then they could call police and you may either pay a fine, go to jail-or both. And, what did the dog ever do to you for you to want to kick the blank out of it? They are usually the most loyal anything in your life. More loyal then some of your relatives, friends, you name it.
So, pet that dog. He may be the only real person that loves your behind then anyone else you know.

It's been a subject of studies with the elderly.
Pretting dogs has proven to be a stress relief.
Why: because it actually lowers the heart rate (of both the petter and the dog).
Kicking a dog may get you bitten, not very stress relieving at all.
Now if your feeling stressed, I like my ears scratched.
