like better graphics and it reads scrathed disks better

I don't. I'm all about the Xbox. Sony has misled and lied to us too many times for my taste. Worst of all, Ken Kutaragi spouts off arrogance every time he takes the mike. Then they create a machine nobody can afford, and don't even produce a reasonable amount to meet demand.... creating chaos.
No thanks, Sony. I'll stick with Microsoft.

not sure where you get your info from but the PS3 is the superior unit.
I also agree with Game boi to a point. I WAS a die hard Sony fan until this PS3 launch fiasco. I will be picking up a 360 soon and maybe a PS3 later. Maybe.

Its kinda of like Ipod and other Mp3 players. Since Ipod controls 70% of the market everybody is going to the one that they think is socially acceptable.

as far as the discs laser I don't what the difference is but the ps3 a=has a stronger graphics card and processor so it has better graphics
