I tried everything, erased cookies, history, Ad Aware Pro scan, Spy Sweeper scan, Disk Cleanup, checked the registry keys.
Plz help!!!

It's probably set itself up as a browser extension, like yahoo toolbar, etc. You may have seen it in ad-aware but not recognized it since it may be listed only by ID and not name. With ie not running, run ad-aware again, and delete or disable all the browser extensions. You can always reinstall any you actually need, and you probably don't need any of them; they are a favorite hiding place for spyware.

Or just run use Firefox instead and forget about the whole problem forever -- http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Try to find it in your computer yourself. Go to start- search- find files- type in party and search. Everything that comes up just erase.
