Do you have an attitude? Have you had an attitude and managed to get rid of it? How did you do it?

I used to have an attitude, after a series of berevements I was full of self pity, saying "Why me?" negatives thoughts filled my mind, then I had a rude awakening, one of my family got fed up with it and told me so, What did I do? I thought long and hard, bought a self help book positivity began to creep into my life, self confidence also, began writing poetry, am now going to the gym, taking swimming lessons, which for many a year had a morbid fear of water, this family member did me a favour though hasn't spoken for a year, but I thank that person, my life is great and my health has improved also.

YES, I have a big attitudebut i managed to get.what i do to get rid of my attitude is to read a book, talk on the phone,and go flerting with alot of boys!

I do sometimes, when it comes to stuff at work or people in general that i do not know.
Just hold your tongue. Don't speak until you look at it from a few angles, alot of time it is nothing until you splurt out something dumb yourself.As you practice this more you will find that you can laugh at things more because of how stupid you used to act.

maybe age has something to do with it too.

Self-discipline. Just try to catch yourself and, in time, you could change. Not completely, but it would be a controlled thing. you could choose when or when not to have 'attitude'.

not anymore. i did when i was younger. as i got a little older i realized that the things i had attitude about did'nt really matter after all.
