yeah, If you call from a BT landline on 0800 015 2000 (Phonebank Express) listen carefully to all the options. say `agent` or press *0 it should put you through. I use this all the time for various things, A/c balance, transfer, and ive spoken to advisors. This is FREE from Bt landlines only though. There you go. Hope this helps you. x

depends where ur calling from eg mobile phone.i think that number would be a free call from a phone box.
