its the environment they were raised in...no one is born like that, it all depends on influences when they grow up, be that from the world, at home or at school.

they were raise that way or hang around too much with racist people. u cant be born like that since u dont kow about colors and people is somthing thats feed up to ur brain. ur u had a bad experience with one person and dicided to hate the whole race. look at hitler from one incident homeboy went and hated on the whole world. we need to stop the race bull sht its only tearing people apart we nee unity

I think the predisposition is inherited. People may disagree, but I think some people are more genetically prone to hating other groups based on their appearance. I like people of all races and so does my brother and dad, but my sister and mom say lots of bigoted things about other ethnicities.

Depends where you grew up and what you've seen in your life. A White who went through the riots will want to stay with his own race more then a White Liberal who doesn't even know what a riot is

Some of it comes from your upbringing , but mostly it comes from being uneducated.It makes them feel superior when they bash another person or race.They never seem to say racist crap when there alone.they usually have to be in a group, or online.they are just lonely, uneducated cowards..
