Depends on the occasion. GOOD HYGIENE for one but that should be a given. For everyday I like a man in button down shirts, any kind of pattern, jeans that aren't too baggy or tight that AREN'T sagging. (Yuk) Any kind of shoes just as long as they're clean. For formal occasions: solid colored shirt with a neck tie, suspenders *purr* pressed slacks and dress shoes.
But everyone should find a style of their own that they're comfortable with.

Coming from another guys perspective. I like to wear nice v-neck sweater and wear a nice collared shirt under that with some nice pants or even with jeans if you must. It is a good winter style.

as a lady..i would have to say jeans that actually fit you that arent hangin off your butt or hug your ankles lol... with either a nice sweater, or a white t shirt with a nice button up shirt without the top 2 buttons being buttoned with a belt and nice shoes that arent tennis shoes! and i think its important to kinda do your hair.. even if its the messy style with some gel! and dont forget a touch of cologn!!
