She has 23 points total.

First ticket she was 8 mph over, which is 3 points. We're down to 20 left unaccounted for.

Next ticket was 13 mph over, so there's 4 more points. 16 left.

The final two tickets are worth the same number of points. 8+8 = 16, so she was driving between 31-40 for those two tickets.

I'd be more worried about my spelling and gramar, if I were you.

For the powers of ten, all you would be able to desire to do is subtract the backside exponent from the ideal exponent, so to illustrate: a. 10^10 / 10^5 = 10^(10-5) = 10^5 b. 10^3 / 10^5 = 10^(3-5) = 10^-2 For the write as numeral section, once you multiply a good selection by using 10 to the something skill you purely would desire to pass the decimal place the kind of situations the skill is. For beneficial, flow to the right; for unfavourable, flow to the left. a. 34.2 * 10^3 = 34200. b. 34.2 * 10^-3 = 0.0342
