You could have a problem with the flywheel is bolted together and if there is any play in the bolts it will give the symptom you describe.Mick UK had an Audi with same problem.

Get all four wheels balanced and checked they are round!!, and don't have a bulge in the tread surface. If you have changed box mounts why not engine mounts too this will give mild vibration as you now have a one sided tight engine. Could be diff bearings,drive-shafts. Use a competent mechanic he should be able to diagnose the problem without spending first.

As you say your not losing any power and it's ok in idle, it might have somthing to do with another part of the car. My guess would be one of your front springs is broken, Might just be cracked at the top so you wont be able to see this. If you can wobble it then it's cracked. Also stand aback from the car and see if it leans abit to one side thats another sign it's suspension.

It sounds like the engine or exhaust is touching the car body..could be a loose or gone engine mounting or the exhaust has moved

Usually if you feel vibration during accelleration then it is your alignment, it may also be the drive axle.

I'd bet that your tires are off balance. Take it in and have them balance and /or rotate your tires. That should do the trick!
