No. He is what is considered a non profit org. So what happens is he gets money from the government which then means it is us tax payers who flit the bill! lol. Go figure, something else we have to pay for ;)

Due to the fact that Santa is the world's biggest philanthropist, I think Uncle Sam cuts him a break on the taxes. I mean he makes donations to every kid in the world. That's worth making an exception, don't you agree?
