Like you call a girl this, when she is like oblivious to whats around her, she doesn't think anything bad could happen to her, she thinks everything is good... I KNOW there is a word that describes this, but i can't think of it for the life of me!!!!

"Unmindul" is the one of two definitions (the other is 'forgetful') for the word that would best apply to the situation you describe.

A more modern meaning for unmindful is 'heedless'.
