If you say you leave your body to travel to exotic places you could probably do that while your meditating. Or just imagine that you are in a exotic place seems like the same thing. So to answer your question yes right know I'm in Honolulu drinking out of a coconut and my body is in Los Angeles.

I am not sure what it was, but I used to lay in the bed thinking I was awake. My limbs were heavy and I couldn't move. I would realize that i was not awake and get really scared. I would then force myself awake after some struggle. I was told that next time I should remain calm and the heaviness would go away and I could travel. I don't want to go anywhere though. I am fine right here on this plane.
Too spooky for me ...

And yes, I have. I have seen the destruction of the dinosaurs at the hands of a giant ball of cheese, and the future destruction of Earth as a result of some darn Vogons blowing it up in hopes of building an instellar highway through this solar system.

confident I even have on countless events, The term is Astral shuttle .Am unlikely to proportion because it would take pages to attempt and describe what I bear in suggestions. additionally not sure i will relate to you wisely

What you are looking for is ASTRAL travelling and you sould probably be asking under meditations or spirtuality.
