I want to hook my computer to my TV. I have RGB jacks out of my computer and have RCA jacks out of my TV. Do you know if I can just run a rgb to rca cord? Do they even make such a thing. Anyways can you please let me know if there is any way I can just run a cord and hook my TV up. I have a dell optipex 280. Thank you.

No such cord. Just buy a cheap TV out card :

Yes you should just be able to run RCA to RCA. Those are common cables that a lot of systems use.

You may need to configure your video card software to output to this as a monitor. Depends on your video card
