Alright we are playing the team that we beat in our first game. They only have one guy who is a guard, everybody on their team is tall. Their not good at shooting at all but they dominate in the paint. I'm a guard though. The first game I scored 17 points on them just to make in clear I'm not a foward. DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY ADVICE?

ANY ADVICE ON WHAT I SHOULD DO?

I play small forward too. All that I can tell you is back up on defense, and give them any jumpshot that they want. In the paint, box out and be aggressive with them, and prove a point. Raise your game, and just make them shoot any shot they want (except for in the paint). God Bless...

Unless the other team has gotten better in doing something different, do the same thing you did last game. But remember, it is a team game and your entire team has to be in the same wave length as you, otherwise, it is not gonna work. If you scored 17 b/c you penetrated, do the same thing....or if you hit wide open shots b/c they played zone...spot up and find your open spot. But again, you and your teammates have to be in the same game plan.

Well you are a guard so just pass the ball, and take good shots. Speed kills size every time. Try to run on the other team, fastbreak, fastbreak all day.

Play aggressive Defense, even on forwards. Remember that you are faster than tall people, so look to steal the ball instead of blocking shots.
Move your feet and widen your stance. It helps to get lower to the ground.
Also, when challenging a shot, just try to get your hand in their face, not try to block the ball.

Just be you and play your game. Make sur you take GOOD shots and play hard on offince and even harder on defence.Im 5'0 and im the starting guard for my team. I play people 6'0 6'1. You just have to be agressive and if you are short you have to be fast and have great DEFENCE. remember JUST BE YOU and DEFENCE wins championships
