Any type of four-week, full time course that includes supervised teaching practice. That's the bare minimum. I would suggest the CELTA, but you can look at the link below to see examples of the TYPE of program you would want to enroll in (they're all Canadian, but contain program descriptions). By the way, you also need a Bachelor's degree to teach legally in Japan.
