Gutshot answer is Mcnair.
Browns are a horrid team, and the Ravens running game isn't that good. only downside is, that if they get a big lead early, look for Baltimore to eat up time to manage the clock (meaning lots of running). Cleveland is absolute **** against the running game (bottom 5 in ypg.), so you can expect for the ground game to work for Baltimore.
Rivers is a better QB, and stats support that. Even with lT, Rivers posts great numbers (remember, LT is part of the passing game). KC's run defense is better (but this is LT we are talking about) than Clevelands, and their passing defense is worse. KC has given up a ton of points in their last 2 games, and they struggle against quality opponenets.
LT will still pursue adding on to his record TD run, but now that he has the record, they may slow him down a bit to prevent him from getting injured.
Both Rivers and McNair have similiar numbers against their opponents. Personally, I'd go with Rivers. There's more opportunity.

This is a no brainer here Steve McNair. Rivers has played very well, better than McNair you could argue this year. However the Chiefs run defense is one of the worst in the league. With LT behind the line you know they are going to pound it over and over. The Browns on the other hand, have a surprisingly good run defense. Rudi Johnson and others have struggled. Lewis will get carries but the offensive production is going to be in Steve McNair's hands. Good luck hope it helped.

The San Diego focus is really on LaDainian Tomlinson, but Philip Rivers is still pretty solid at QB. That being said, McNair against a pitiful Browns defense is far more tempting than Rivers against KC. Both opposing teams lost, but look who they lost to.
KC lost to Baltimore and a very staunch defense 20 - 10. KC has a tougher pass defense, but their rush defense is not as solid. Cleveland lost to Pittsburgh on thursday 27-7. In that game, the passing and rushing game were pretty solid. McNair should have a better outing against Cleveland by recent analysis.
Take McNair over Rivers

Well Phillip Rivers has been having a great year but they have LT and I see him being big part of the game against KC and with the Browns poor defense I would pick up McNair and start him against the browns cause he has been awesome this year and he will have another big game

Id go with Phillip Rivers vs KC. With Gates emerging the past couple games I believe Rivers will put up good numbers especially against KC. Even those dump off passes to LT will get him pts due to LT turning those into large chunks of yards. Another point is that Cleveland's back up Derrick Anderson who had never thrown a pass in the NFL had a decent game against KC throwing a few TD's and over 250 yds.

Rivers would be a great way to go. Im sure that LT may score a few more and maybe at least one of them will be off a river's shuffle or screen.

Rivers... with LT's TD record in hand, the Chargers will give Rivers more passes in the red zone. Count on it.

the guy that throws more advantageous TDs. that must be Carson Palmer. Cincinnati throws for far of their TDs besides. Reggie Brown now has Jeff Garcia who'll throw the ball a lot so as that only skill a lot of seems for your WR. those are your more advantageous suited options and far more advantageous consistent.
