well my right nipple is in a big hump, but my other nipple is regular. Whenever i touch it, it hurts a little. Help!!??

This is normal during puberty. It does go away after you've gone a bit more down the road.

Well, it could be something like an infected hair follicle around the aeraola. It also could be a cyst, a localized infection of the nipple, or trauma/swelling due to an un-noticed injury. If for some odd reason you had sprayed cologone or rubbed on that side of your chest and not the other, it could also be an irritation or allergic response. It's really hard to tell without an image!
HOWEVER: It is true that men can and do get breast cancer. All breast/nipple lumps should be examined by an MD, and this is no exception.

Not abnormal at all for a teen. Some guys have big bulges under their nipples at times, but not usually just one. One of my brothers had swollen breasts when he was a teen, but neither I nor my other brother did--but then we didn't play with ours either!
If it continues to be uncomfortable for a week or so, you may want to see a doctor.

If your active you may have chaffed it. Can be a problem with runners in which case just tape it next time. Otherwise swelling could be any number of things a doctor would know about.

Sounds like you may want to consider going in for a "mammogram"- I know it sounds funny to say that to a man- but men can get breast cancer too!
See your doc and ask them to check it, they may refer you.
