You might want to pick up some Febreze along with that candle, buddy.

open the windows for about an hour, mop up any old beer and spray febreeze if there is carpet. Febreeze also makes air deodorizers that work really well. Candles won't do you much good, you have to get the old beer out. But I like the Anjou Pear candles at walmart, they smell nice and they are fairly strong.

My advice is to clean the entire room from top to bottom first, then worry about the candle! if you already cleaned the room thouroughly and still can't eliminate the odor, I reccommend a product called Zero Odor (they have a website: http://www.zeroodorstore.com ). This is geared mainly toward pet odors, but if it works on cat pee, it will work on beer. It leaves a netral scent and I have used it with success on carpet, upholstry, etc. Good Luck!

A candle will only make the beer smell worse.You are not eliminating the beer odor
use Fe breeze Air Effects.

As far as candle go Pier 1 candles and diffusers are the best! The candles give off fragrance even when they aren't burning.
You could also consider plug ins and febreeze

I use GLADE candles (the short ones, they last longer) put them in a area that has a bit of a draft and your whole home will smell nice. And if nice smelling is not for you GLADE do make a anti-tobacco candle

If you have carpet you need to sprinkle baking soda on the carpet let it sit for a couple hours and then vacum up. Again i recommend a GLAD LIGHT SHOW in your room to take the smell of beer away. THEY WORK WONDERS!

A candle w/ real oil, be careful when burning do not leave burning candle UNATTENDED . the new Frebreeze spray works really well.
