I just had a baby two months ago. Took a pt test today two lines showed up I think that means pregnant but im not sure i threw the box away genius. Is two lines pregnant or not and since I just had a baby could it be a false positive?

just so some of you know I was using protection the doc put me on the mini pill to use in conjunction with breastfeeding. Thats why I think its a false positive.

Do you remember who makes the test? If so look it up online, Some tests will have to lines for positive, and some will have two lines if neg....one of those lines if prego should turn to a positive sign. If your breast feeding, it could have prevented to from ovulating. I would take another test if i were you.

2 lines does mean pregnant, BUT the pregnancy hormone stays in your system for up to 3 months after having a child/miscarriage, so it very well could be a false positive. Another thing though, why aren't you using protection? You obviously know what happens when you don't...
The only way to know forsure is to see your Doc.

2 lines is definitely pregnant. one is the control line, which always shows up (if the test is not junk), and the other is the test line, which shows up if you are pregnant. and two months is long enough to get pregnant again, so i would go to your doctor for a blood test to be sure.

USUALLY 2 LINES MEANS PREGNANT BUT BECAUSE YOU HAVE ALSO JUST HAD A BABY IT COULD BE OUT. SEE A DOC AND HAVE HIM DO A BLOOD TEST

two lines usually means your pregnant but i would ask a doctor about that.
