i drive a truck and i need an adaptor for the cigarette socket that drops the voltage to 12V, any ideas any1 please..........

how old a truck are you driving ,any trucks over the last 20 yrs and older that are 24 volt start are still 12 volt accessory unless you are driving a military truck.have a look at your headlights and see if they sat 12v or 24 v on them.if it truely is 24 volt then just bring a wire up to the lighter from one battery only to power the lighter,if the batteries are in series for 24v then take the power off the positive terminal of the second battery.also if it is an older truck watch that its not positive ground as this will make short work of most accessories

never seen one but you might try aircraft suppliers since most have 24 volt systems
