IRAQ have booked a place in the 2006 Doha Asian Games football final as they beat KOREA REPUBLIC 1-0 in the semi-final match on Tuesday, 12 December 2006. Samer Mujbel scored the only goal in the 54th minute as IRAQ will contest the gold medal match on Friday, 15 December 2006.
the other semi-final match is between host nation, QATAR & the defending gold medallist, IRAN which takes place on Tuesday, 12 December 2006.

actually, iraq will face qatar in the final and south korea will face iran in the 3rd place final. iraq beat korea and qatar beat iran today
