I brought my partner an ion USB Turntable but i can't get any volume?

There is no sound at all, any ideas

I would suggest that you get the latest drivers for your soundcard and make sure that it is set up to take a signal from a usb source.

Click 'start', then 'control panel', and the problem will lie in either 'sounds and audio devices' or 'controllers'.
Something may be on mute
