1) You have to first go to yahoo games help:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/games/general/index.html
2) Near the bottom of the web page, click on the link "Further help"
3) Under the sub-title Yahoo Games!, and under the sub-sub-title "Further Help", click on the link "How do I report a bug or ask a question"
4) Now look under the sub-title: "How do I report a bug or ask a question?" click on the link "send us your feedback"
5) You'll finally be able to fill out a form with your question
