"Diet" and "Thyroid" are 2 good answers, and there are more (depression is another).

Visit http://www.radiantrecovery.com and see if you can relate to Sugar Sensitivity.

Visit thyroid.about.com or do a search for hypothyroid symptoms and see if you'd fit in there.

Also search for symptoms of depression to see if that's part of it. (However, depression is only a symptom, not a cause.)

Get a blood test. The most basic one is the CBC (complete blood count).

Consult with a doctor to narrow down possible causes.

Chinese medicine has herbs to help, too.
You might want to visit a DOM (Doctor of Oriental Medicine).

Are you sleeping soundly or do you have sleep apnea? It can make you more tired when you get up than when you went to bed.The change into the winter season, depression, and to many carbs can all make you sleepy. You could get your blood glucose and iron level checked if problems persist.

maybe you sleep too much...it could also be your diet and exercise if you're not working out or eating right that can drain your energy. A workout can help you feel energized and also make your sleep more rejuvenating

you may be tired because either you are not getting enough nutrition or you are over sleeping. sometimes if i sleep too long i have a head ache afterwards and i am more tired than i was the day before.

There are several answers...some good ones are mentioned in other answers, and one that isn't always thought of is depression (you don't need to be "blue" or "down in the dumps" to be depressed). Go to a good family doctor or internist.

Maybe you're sleeping too long.
