Sounds like something is getting ready to fall off. See a doctor now if not sooner.

This is not a normal part of puberty, & you have every right to be scared. You need to be brave & let your parents know what's going on. They will help you & support you. You should go see a Doctor, & I'm sure your parents will take you to one.
Go tell your Dad now. It's okay to tell him about this. The best thing you can do is tell them & have this checked out by a professional Doctor.
Good luck, my little friend.

There are many reasons as to why you may get a lump on your testicles and all of them should be checked out.
It is more than likely a cyst and even this should be looked at by your Doctor as even a benign cyst can become cancerous.

Cancer does not occur overnight. Tell your dad and he will schedule an appointment and take you to see a doctor. At 14 you can't go by yourself. Don't be scared or embarrassed, your penis and testicles are just another part of your body to a doctor.

I would get that looked at. This could be epididymitis, a hernia, an infection, or a whole array of other issues. You wouldn't hesitate mentioning it to the folks/doctor if it were your head or arm, so don't let your manly areas take the fall for being in a private area. Try not to self diagnose yourself with cancer . . . there are so many other probable reasons for this sort of thing.

Everyone has already said the right thing with "see a doctor" so I'll focus on this-- there's nothing to be embarassed about. Doctors have seen this stuff a million times before, don't worry about it. And don't worry yourself into cancer-- I'd bet money you have something less serious and completely curable.

Yes, you need to see a doctor, may be an infection of some type that will require antibiotics. Preferably, try and see a urologist, he is better trained in the area of the male genitalia. Talk to your parents and ask them to get you an appointment.

Everyone on here thinks they are a doctor. The truth of the matter is no one is. Being that you are only 14, you probably got your testicles tangled in one another. This will cause severe pain in the hwole crotchal region of your body. The best bet is to get it checked by a professional. Also, this maybe kinda hard to resist (no pun intended) but you might want to relax on the masturbation. I know they say pain equals pleasure, but in this case i don't think that equation adds up.

I highly doubt it's cancer. Cancer is not so sudden. It is likely an infection or cyst or STD. You'll have to tell your parents. Just suck it up and tell them. You need to see a doctor.
