i do meth with her sometimes, but not in front of the kid. yesterday i stopped by her house and she was shooting up the kid says shes gonna start tricken her out. how do i stop this without geetin myself in trouble for drugs?

This is wrong on so many levels!
Meth is such a disgusting bad bad bad drug - to be injecting it into a kid is VERY bad. It's so disturbing you don't even know ho upset I am right now.
Tell the mother that it is not right and you don't like that she is doing it. If she doesn't listen, I'd call child services, you won't get in trouble for drugs because the mother is the one who's going to be all cracked out when they come.
PLEASE - save this child!

I seriously hope you are putting this up as a prank (albeit an awful one).
On the off chance you aren't though, call an anonomous report to CPS (Child Protective Services). You don't have to tell them who you are or anything about yourself and they will investigate immediately on something that serious.

Hmm...You should go see your physician. It may be hard to quit, but I assure you, your life would be a LOT heck better than it is right now-my opinion. You and your neighbor should both go get help, if you turn yourself in I'm sure you guys won't get in trouble.

BUT IN SECRET YOU COULD TURN HER IN IT WOULD BE BETTER THAT HER KIDS GO TO CHILD SERVICES THEN GET OLDER AND REMEMBER WHAT SHE DID AND DO IT WORSE. try not being so selfish. "the kid" is gonna die or worse if you dont let someone know whats going on. someone being the police. make an annonymous call or something...
