Should I join into Local Loop Unbundling (LLU)?

Recently my broaddband provider (Eclipse) offer all broadband users to transfer the exsiting service onto LLU. They said it can provide more reliable, faster speed in the future and reduce fault fix time as well. Anyway suggestion.

Do as Eclipse suggests - don't bother to find out 'why' as life is too short.
