just ignore it, i have a brother and many guy cousins who are brothers, and thats what brothers do, they tease, beat the crap out of each other, and then laugh about it all. if it really bugs you, how about you stop your 12 year old from making jokes about his brother? i think thats worse then just getting chased around, getting chased lasts a couple minutes but getting picked on and made fun of can leave permanent marks. hes just being a brother to, picking on his brother, so just let them be, ignore it and carry about your business. if the 12 year old says something really malicious or the 14 year old starts really hurting him to the point that it could lead to serious injury, put a stop to it and send them to their rooms for the day, but if not and its just little jokes and rough housing, let it go, dont stress about nothing.
