it sounds like to me your friend mandy has become too attached to you. I understand that she has been there for u in the past, but her getting jealous of u hanging out with other ppl is not right and is not fair to you, so i think what u should do is have a talk with her and let her know that she is your best friend but not the only person in your life you want to spend time with. if she doesnt understand that then maybe she is not as good of a friend as you think.

Maybe Mandy hasn't got time to meet Brandy yet, she is 'new'. Tell Mandy that you are equally friends with her and Brandy. Also tell Mandy that you spend time with Brandy as much as you spend time with her, and if she keeps disruption you guys conversations, Brabdy might get mad. (I'm just making an asumption her.) Tell her you guys should hang out one day. End it with a friendly smile.

this happened to me once, you just have to get mandy and brandy to hang out together with you to have them see how great each other are. if you keep them apart they'll never get to know one another. if mandy doesnt like brandy at all then just never tell mandy when you're hanging with brandy.

I'm sorry, but Mandy needs to grow up and know that she can't own you. Tell Mandy *gently* that you want to be friends with both her AND Mandy.
I mean, you can have more than one best friend.
Also, make sure you spend equal amounts of time with both of them!
Smile! :-)

Sounds like you have a mess on your hands. Well I think you should get them two together and tell them. Hey she's my friend and I'm going to continue being her friend. There is no need to get jealous over each other I'm both y'all friend. But people can have more than one friend if that don't work I'm lost.lol

I think you should be friends with both of them still even though they don't like each other because they are both your friends and you should not have to pick sides. If your friends can't stand being together then you should do things with them sepretly but don't do to many things with one friend and not the other because then they might feel neglected. If your friends still want you to choose sides than mabey they are not your true friends because a true friend would'nt make you choose sides.

You see i had this problem too. I found that the best way to settle this is by telling both of your friends that if they cant deal with the other being your friend then that is tough and they are not the friend that you thought they were. I hope everything works out for you like it did for me!

the same thing happened to me a long time ago and in the end they both became friends and ditched me and my advice is dont try to get them to be friends just explain to them that you need to have equal time to each of your friends...good luck!!!

you should spend time with each friend, separately,,, they dont have to like or be friends with each other,,,, as you mature, you will develop different circles of friends,,,,,,if they/either one of them are being petty about it, upset that you have a friend they dont like, you will just have to tell them thats your decision, and they need to accept it,, dont let anyone make you feel like you must choose one over the other, if they do that, they are really not your friend,,,
