get publicized? I mean how does the media get hold of their filed divorce papers and pictures of their mug shots (& so fast)? I know all marriages, divorces and deaths are published in the local newspapers. But can anyone get a copy of my divorce papers? like they do with celebrities? Shouldn't the details of anyone's divorce be kept secret to the public? It is a private matter. I know the media doesn't care about us "normal" people, but are our personal records kept private or can anyone obtain copies of them?
I personally think that when a celebrity is going through a divorce, it should be protected from the media, unless the celebrity freely hands out the info. Some divorces aren't easy. Brittney Spears 55 hr marriage and quicky divorce is quite different from Whitney Houston & Bobby's. What is your intake?

Why do they get publicized?
because people would pay big money for the news
How do they get it so fast?
They pay/bribe people with a lot of money for the information.
Can someone get your information?
Sure they can, if they paid someone a lot of money....of course it wouldnt be as expensive as a celebrity.
I do agree though, its not cool to interfere with anyones private life. But for a celebrity, they have to know what they are getting into when they apply for the job. Your private life going public is part of the terriority.

I believe when a person becomes a celebrity they know what they are getting in to. And they just like politicians are in the light because we put them there. So yes what they do is going to be judged by us and should because we are the ones that pay for them to live so richly. Think about it how many time has your decision to go see a movie be based upon the actor. Or your influence on what a celebrity does or wears?

I also agree that a celebrity's divorce should be a private matter, but, we live in a celebrity-obsessed society, unfortunately.

The public cant get enough of celebrities....thats why they get photographed all the time, because we pay big bucks to see it! It s our falts!
