well to answer your question is yes they will. a good friend of mine got to talk to mal moore and told him what he needed. instead of mal moore thinking he everything he listen and said it was good advice. the advice he got was from me i just wasnt the guy that told him. he needs to find somebody who doesnt not care about alabamas old tradition and find somebody will use everybit of talent on that team. if that means bringing back the wishbone then do it. you got to find somebody who can play old school football and new. no will take the offer that is established they need to find a coach that can coach both offense and deffense cause neither alabama had was very good. im the biggest alabama fan there is. but his new hire will work out great.

Well, at this point it seems clear that Alabama is not the "brand name" school that they once were and still thought they were. They won't be getting a coach of Paul "Bear" Bryant or Gene Stallings stature again, at least not in the near future. I think the best bet for them is to hire former Alabama alum Coach Price from El Paso. He may except the job and is probably the best coach available for Alabama.

not really a Alabama fan but i'll give it a shot. I think they should give the job to Paul Johnson of the Navy. Just look at what he did with Georgia southern and the navy despite not being able to recruit players. However, i think alabama's biggest problem is that they're looking for the next bear bryant and arent excepting anything short of him. Also, they seem to have a recruiting problem. The best athletes arent looking to go their.

They will hire a coach but until Mal Moore is gone they will not get the quality coach that they want.

That's what they need to concentrate on instead of trying to get a big name coach. Most of the big name coaches now were assistants before they became what they are now.

they fired a good coach. now it is a question that will be answered next year when they take the field. Good coaches are not always winning coaches.

They're certainly going to try...but with few quality coaches on the selling block they may have to look at other institutions which so far has proved unsuccessful.

No, it is no longer an elite program and who in their right mind would want to face LSU, Auburn and Arkansas every year with a little bit of Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee sprinkled in?
