Any one had plastic surgery from Bupa?

Just wondering what Bupa's cosmetic surgery is like? I'm trying to find a good cosmetic surgery around the North East, but don't have a clue what to look for, Bupa's a trusted name so im thinking of them, any help or guidance would be useful?
