Call your cellphone provider, if you have cingular, I know once you put in a new sim card you have to call and ACTIVATE it and once you ACTIVATE it speak to a customer service rep and they will basically take the HOLD off and you will be able to send pictures and recieve pictures, just let them know you want to be able to send and recieve pictures and they will offer you PAY AS YOU Go which is pay per message or a plan for a smaller amount if you plan on using it alot!
