If she is having normal periods I doubt it. If they are very light and not as long she should take a test just to rule out pregnancy.

There is a possibility that she could be pregnant but if she had had three normal periods then it is unlikely. She should go to the doctor and find out why she is experiencing nausea. Or she should go to any drug store and pick up a home pregnancy test. EPT and First Response are pretty accurate. Some females have claimed to have regular periods during pregnancy however it is not common.

I had two normal periods after I was pregnant. Its not really that rare. Has she taken a pregnancy test? If not, she should ... or she could just go to the doctor and get a test there.

an unfertilized egg is released through the body by a "period"
That egg comes from ovulation.
When you are pregnant your hormones stop ovulation. Therefore NO egg. This means no bleeding.
You can bleed durring a pregnany but its not a period!

Of course she could be PG if she's been having sex.
Go to the doc, or at least take a home PG test.
Probably she just has the flu or bad food.
