What type of cool touches can I add to an Antisemitism poster?

I am not sure I understand your question. I am also not a native English Speaker. But if is is about colour:
maybe have most of grays, browns black, and red, and some yellow for the david star. maybe white and blue like israeli flag. These would be classicals.
It depends also on what is on your poster. Maybe you can think about tipografy (fonts you use) for the words you put on. Maybe the letter can resemble the hebrew alfabet typografy.
