ok, first of all it is a basketball homecoming because we don't have football at our school. yeah, but i have someone to go with, and i don't wanna look fat in my dress.

EAT TONS OF SWEET POTATOES. IT CLEANS OUT EVERYTHING. EAT NOTHING BUT SWEET POTATOES AND DRINK TONS OF WATER, AND YOU WILL DROP THOSE POUNDS LIKE ITS hot!. IT IS VERY HEALTHY AND YOU WILL THANK ME!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

AH...be careful do it healthy, don't starve yourself it doesn't help. Look online there are some awesome diet site and support groups for losing weight...Get Motivated!!! Exercise and diet, don't resort to diet pills as soon as you stop taking them you'll gain everything right back.

P.S. Make a realistic goal, so that if you don't reach 20 pounds you won't feel like a failure, that definately wouldn't be good any amount of loss is an AWESOME achievement...GOOD LUCK!!!

Its impossible to lose that much weight healthily. You should settle for something more reasonable like 10 pounds, and investing in a slimming dress and heals, which take an extra ten pounds off your looks.

get a dress that fits you right that way you can still look good because it takes a long time to lose 20 pounds

eat vegetables ughhh right well if u want to lose wait ull going to also exercise and eat less of everything try doing chores around the house or dance Ask Your Doctor For More Sugegtions

My hubby took this pill its called Redotex to loose weight he lost 24 pounds in two months, dont forget to diet and exercise.

the only way you are gonna lose anything close to that amount is by going on a liquid diet, like HMR 500, but only stuff like that that has lots of vitamins and stuff in the shakes, and of course, by exercising and drinking lots of water.
