The solution is not quit saturated as it contains the equivalent of 35.3 g of NaCl /100 g of water. A small amount of salt can still be added so it would be classified as unsaturated. It would be saturated at 27 g salt / 75g water.

If the solubility is 36g in 100g water, then how much in 75g?

--> 36 x 75 / 100 = 27g in 75g water.

This is the solubility. The solution contains less than the solubility (26.5g) so it is unsaturated.
