Hi all, I am in a great confusion whether I am pregnant or not. I am 23, get married in 2005. Till date we never used protection as we planned to have a child but we have non. My periods are irregular. Last june 2006 I visited Doctor where she found low thyroid and she gave me pills to get normal now I am ok I even checked its normal now. She wrote some medication to get pregnancy. I am using it for last two months. Now my periods are regular. Lastly I got my periods on Oct 30th, but now in Nov 30th I missed my period. I missed my period for 10 days, I have no symptoms, But I am suffering from abdominal pain for past 5 days and I even did pregnancy test two times but it showed me negative. I have fixed up an appointment with Doctor on Wed to take blood test to confirm. Before that would some body help me in this issue.

Thanx
Poornima

You have some symptoms of pregnancy. Not everybody gets morning sickness or sore breasts, etc. I did have some minimal stomach cramping when I was pregnant.
I also used EPT tests, and they all came out with inconclusive aswers (Error Proof Test, my a**), so I took the generic Walmart test and it came out positive. Try using a different brand of pregnancy test. If it also comes out negative, I would guess that you aren't really pregnant, but it is a good thing that you have a doctor appointment.
Remember though that the health issues you've been having this year are fully capable of throwing everything all out of whack.
Good luck.

It depends upon what the doctor gave you to regulate your periods. Do you know if the doctor gave you medication for ovulation ? That may change your cycle.

I would say, just wait for the blood test, that is the only conclusive way of saying whether you are pregnant or not.

I hope that you are pregnant already.

Your doing the best you can. A blood test will tell you if you are or not. I am not sure about the pain. I am 5 weeks pregnant and I wouldnt say I have pain, just slight cramps. Kinda like a period, but a lot lighter. Best wishes to you.

I used to be precisely four weeks pregnant. I learned the day my interval will have to have began. Normally I could have waited, however whatever did not think correct so I took a scan. I am now 21 weeks three days w/ little one one million.

It sounds like to me it could be either way. You may be pregnant you may not because of your history in your cycles. i wuld just wait until you see the doctor but there is a good chance you may be with child. good luck i wish you all the best

try not to think about it too much, wait for the doctor's results.
You may have just been late because of stress. That will do it, also hormone changes in meds can do it as well.
